Kri stopped dead in front of the on coming car. The blue corolla skidded sideways trying to stop, but it was too close, and Kri was unable to move. The last thing she saw was the terrified look on a little girl's face before she lost sight.

*she had grabbed her headphones and headed back toward the cafe, she had thought Kerry-anne might still be there...biting her lip she sighed, how could she apologize now? Why did she have to be so angry all the time. Shaking her head, she walked along the road, that's when she saw a body, she she felt her stomach lurch, she turned and vomited on the side of the street, she had never seen such a sight; Blood;everywhere, a car pulled to the side, people talking like the body wasn't there...oh no, it wasn't the blood or the way the people talked that had made her sick, it was the identity of the figure that lie in blood before her.
It was kerry-anne*
"Kerry-anne!!!!!" *she was almost hysterical, running to her side and taking her body into an embrace* "Kerry-anne! Please!...I'm so sorry!!!" *she had broke into sobs, her throat feeling swollen, she could barely speak*
"Why..?"
